Suite layout.

Strong smell in room due to renovations.

Convenient, yet parts of the hotel were dirty due to renovation. Loud hammering during day next door to our room. Alarm clock next door went off loudly at 2:30am. Noise level in rooms, temperature of rooms.

Overall, a good stay. The staff was helpful and the rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Internet access a plus. Night desk staff could not assist me with the temperature of the room, however.

Guest service was very nice and helpful. Room service was good but should inform guest that gratuity is included on the bill. This porter sure was happy. It was quiet and peaceful overall.

Hallway carpet was nauseating.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Scottsdale shopping district. Fabulous spa type cousin was light and delicious. Lobby and pool area would definitely stay there again and again.

Temporarily under construction. But a short term problem.

This hotel had a very friendly staff, very clean rooms and nice overall amenities. This hotel is located in the heart of old town Scottsdale and one block from an upscale shopping mall.
